A "Neon-Human" is the fruit of what is called "Neonlight Technology", a futuristic science in which the cells of a living organism are transformed into seals of energy, flowing in between micro-layers of the quantum existence, and thus, giving the neon 'being' the ability to bend laws of time and space, and overstep what is called 'the principles to exist in the material world'.

Neonscepter is one of these beings. A lost neon-human from the future, wandering the streets at night and traveling through realities and timelines, seeking answers to his questions of existence.
And this is his journey to find the ultimate truth.
